With over 35,000 students and portions of the city of Colleyville, Fort Worth, Haltom City, Hurst, North Richland Hills, Southlake, Watauga, and Westlake as well as the entire city of Keller, this district covers 51 mi.² encompassing the third largest land area in Tarrant County.

The school district alone employs more than 4000 residents with over 2700 teachers focusing on exceptional educational experience, a fine arts department, career and technical education, athletics, and a focus on 100% graduation rates. Many people move here just for the schools alone but find there's so much more to enjoy and love about Keller Texas.

It's not just the schools that bring folks to Keller. It's one of the best places in the country to raise a family with low crime, and plenty of activities for kids of all ages. Location is definitely key and Keller is centrally located just minutes to Fort Worth and Dallas, close to parks and family-friendly activities, shops, fantastic restaurants, and close proximity to the airport. Our population growth is currently at about 10% or higher so as more and more folks move in, home values will increase and desirability will skyrocket. We have so many desirable neighborhoods and master-planned communities that there is a neighborhood specifically for you and your budget. Most communities feature single-family homes as they account for nearly 89% of Keller residences. 72% of Keller homes have been built over the last 25 years and less than 2% of these are more than 50 years old. Most of the homes and Keller have been constructed since 2014.

New construction is booming so if you want to be the first one in your home, it's easy to do with so many new communities popping up around Keller each year.

Activities abound with the Keller Pointe community recreational center, senior centers, a vibrant and extensive Parks and Recreation department, public libraries, fantastic restaurants, and the Sky Creek Ranch golf club.

Shopping is a no-brainer with the Keller Town Center, Southlake Towncenter, the Shops of Southlake, and the North East Mall all being within about 5 to 15 minutes from most homes in Keller.
